AmiKit 1.5.7 LIVE update (Mar-2009):

- UPDATED: CodeAudio 3 (formerly known as TheMPegEncGUI, adjusted AmiStart menu too)
- UPDATED: EvenMore 0.66 (12-Mar-2009) + updated prefs to show AISS toolbar
- UPDATED: playOGG 9.8

- FIXED: LimpidClock icon in WBStartup to work with Scalos
