Given AmiKit and/or Flower Pot edition (Windows/Mac/Linux or Vampire or Raspberry Pi) is licensed to one user. With this license purchase, you can install AmiKit and/or Flower Pot onto computer(s) you personally own, but only the licensed user can use that installed AmiKit and/or Flower Pot software.

Certain protection measures (including your Customer ID number) are included in the products, and will be updated as needed to ensure compliance with the terms of the license provided.

Processing of your order

Before you place any order please check hardware and software requirements of the given product first. Also please check Quick Guide of the given product for more details if you're not sure you meet the requirements. Feel free to contact us anytime if you have any questions or if you need further assistance (see contact details below).

After your digital and/or physical purchase has been approved, we will process your order immediately and we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our order form. Our digital products (free and paid ones) are delivered by Internet download. Please check your mailbox for email from E-Junkie (our digital delivery partner).

This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our product downloads for limited period of time. Please keep your download(s) in a safe and dry place in case you need them in future. Contact us if you need to re-download your product(s) later.

Downloads are closely monitored to ensure you are able to successfully access our products.
Return & Refund Policy

We issue refunds for digital products within 14 days of the original purchase of the product providing you have NOT downloaded it yet.

Due to the nature of our physical product (a digital software provided on physical media), item is eligible for a refund within 14 days of your purchase provided it has not been delivered to you yet (the delivery usually takes 1-3 weeks). If you requested a refund, simply do not accept the item so that it is returned to us. Once we receive the item back, you will be fully refunded providing you haven't downloaded the digital products. Otherwise you will be refunded for the physical product only minus our shipping costs.

The money will be refunded to the original payment method you have used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

There are not any fees associated with refunds.

We, of course, accept return request if the physical product is damaged. In that case we gladly exchange the product for a new one as soon as we receive the original damaged product from you.

In individual cases we reserve the right to refund you without your request or consent.

Upon successful refund, your product licence (including your subscription) will be terminated and you're no longer allowed to use the given product(s).
